Q. What is the University Committee on Electronic Forms and Administrative Efficiency?
The University Committee on Electronic Forms and Administrative Efficiency (EFC) is a University-wide Standing Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to integrate faculty and academic staff review and consultation into existing and proposed new electronic forms (eForms).
Q. How can I submit a suggestion to the EFC?
The Committee has provided a way for you to submit suggestions via the Atlas request tool. The suggestion can be to improve an existing electronic form, present an idea for a new electronic form, or suggest a process improvement. Please access the tool at:

Q. What if I don’t see the correct Process Owner in the Responsible Area drop-down menu?
You may direct your suggestion to one of the Responsible Areas provided in the drop-down menu for their review. If your suggestion is for a Responsible Area that is not in this list, please specify it in the Description field.
Q. Can I submit a suggestion anonymously?
You may contact any Committee member to discuss your suggestion and ask for their assistance with submitting a suggestion on your behalf. You can find a list of current Committee members at:

Q. What questions does the Feasibility Assessment answer?
Your suggestion will be sent to the Responsible Area, who will provide a Feasibility Assessment to the EFC. The Feasibility Assessment asks the following questions:
Q. What will the EFC do with my suggestion?
The EFC will review your suggestion, along with the Feasibility Assessment from the Responsible Area. A Committee member may contact you and/or the Responsible Area for more information, and then reply to the Responsible Area with their comments and recommendation.
Q. How will I receive feedback on my suggestion?
After you submit your suggestion, you will receive email notifications to keep you apprised of the progress of your suggestion.
Q. What happens if my suggestion is approved?
The Responsible Area will now evaluate your suggestion, and may approve or deny your request. If the Responsible Area accepts your suggestion, they will work with you as they develop, test, and deploy the new feature.
